After your surgical procedure or medical treatment, you can expect to receive some additional paperwork related to your hospital stay and payment for your care. Sometimes the number and variety of financial statements from the providers involved in your medical care can be confusing. Our business office is happy to answer questions and help decode the process of billing and insurance payment.

Sharon Regional Medical Center accepts UPMC Health Plan, Highmark, Medicaid and Medicare, and most insurance plans. We will bill your insurance company in a timely manner and help to expedite your claim. However, please remember that payment is ultimately your responsibility. If we bill your insurer, and the account is not taken care of, we'll look to you for final settlement of your bill.
