Sharon Regional Medical Center's Diagnostic and Imaging Satellite Locations provide advanced diagnostic testing, imaging services, and a dedicated area for women’s health services for patients in Mercer, Lawrence, Hermitage, Hubbard, and surrounding counties.
Hermitage Diagnostic & Imaging Center
The Center offers diagnostic tests including x-ray (walk-in), ultrasound, bone density testing, pre-surgical testing, cardiac MRI and CT, as well as EKGs. Advanced heart imaging is available to diagnose blocked arteries to the heart, malfunctioning heart valves, and impaired heart muscle function, as well as congenital heart disease.
The Center houses a dedicated Breast Care Center that features separate waiting and changing areas along with dedicated imaging areas for digital mammography, including the newest 3-D mammography, with same day results available, breast MRI and ultrasound, and physician consultation.

Cardiac imaging services are provided by J. Ronald Mikolich, M.D., board certified in coronary CT angiography, cardiovascular diseases, and internal medicine, of Sharon Regional Medical Group Cardiology Specialists. Dr. Mikolich utilizes these advanced imaging techniques to diagnose blocked arteries to the heart, malfunctioning heart valves, and impaired heart muscle function, as well as congenital heart disease.
The Center provides comprehensive licensed and accredited laboratory services. For customer convenience, we offer walk-in lab testing. We evaluate, and report results for timely treatment and follow-up in collaboration with primary care physicians.
The Diagnostic and Imaging Center is part of the Sharon Regional Medical Park in Hermitage, conveniently located close by our Wound Recovery and Hyperbaric Medicine Center, Behavioral Health Services, Cancer Care Center, Corporate Health Services, and the Rehab and Sports Medicine Center. The Center also offers a large educational conference center that provides ample space for ongoing health education programs and screenings, physician presentations, and other hospital sponsored activities.
Hubbard Diagnostic & Specialty Center
Sharon Regional Medical Center's Hubbard Diagnostic and Specialty Center provides advanced diagnostic testing and imaging services, along with access to primary care and specialty physicians, rehab therapies, and a walk-in clinic. The Center accepts all physician requests for diagnostic tests and therapies regardless of hospital affiliation.
- A family medicine practice that includes advanced practitioners
- Specialty physicians in cardiology, gastroenterology, sports medicine, orthopedic surgery, and vascular surgery
- Diagnostic tests including x-ray, ultrasound, laboratory services, pre-surgical testing, and EKGs

The Hubbard facility includes many services, among them a specialized heart center that offers cardiac stress tests, cardiac echocardiography, and general office cardiology through Sharon Regional Medical Group Cardiology Specialists.
Board-certified family medicine specialist, Jean Wilson, D.O., and Robert Dale, PA-C, both of Sharon Regional Medical Group Family Medicine, are experienced in caring for patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. The practice offers annual wellness exams and employment physicals, treatment for common illnesses (cold, flu), minor injuries (cuts, sprains, and strains), diabetes and high blood pressure, DOT physicals, and drug screens, all conveniently available at the Hubbard Diagnostic and Specialty Center.

Board-certified gastroenterologist Robert Flanigan, M.D., of Sharon Regional Medical Group Gastroenterology, is experienced in offering medical and surgical treatment options as well as innovative screening and diagnostic technologies for patients with abdominal pain, gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic or nutritional disorders. Dr. Flanigan offers treatment for a broad spectrum of disorders, including Celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, esophageal and gastrointestinal cancers, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcers, and more.

Orthopedics and Sports Medicine
The Center also serves as a satellite for Sharon Regional Medical Group Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Services and offers a large sports medicine therapy and rehabilitation center. Seeing patients at the Center is board certified orthopedic surgeon, James Boniface, M.D. Dr. Boniface specializes in total joint reconstruction of knees, hips and shoulders, custom fit knee replacement, arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery, fracture care (in adults and children), and sports medicine (including ACL reconstruction).
QuickMed of Sharon Regional Medical Group offers walk-in care for minor illnesses, injuries, sports physicals, and more. You can rest easy knowing that QuickMed has a team of board certified physicians—Jean Wilson, D.O., Charles DeMario, M.D., and physician assistant Robert Dale serving patients of all ages. No appointment is necessary. Our services include treatment for allergic reactions, minor wounds, colds and fever, minor burns, and strains and sprains.

Sharon Regional Medical Group Vascular Specialists offer a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach for the diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic vein and vascular conditions. John Ambrosino, M.D., board-certified, fellowship-trained in vascular and general surgery, provides diagnosis and treatment for such conditions as pulmonary embolus, deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins and spider veins, limb swelling, and venous leg wounds using open vascular and minimally invasive endovascular procedures.
